Care Package

This service is designed with all settings in mind, and offers several key services that ensure staff members are able to reach their full potential. It provides:

• A social, emotional and mental health focused ‘learning walk’, looking at areas of a setting, perhaps that are already a concern, offering practical solutions, advice and risk assessments from qualified practitioners with proven expertise.

• Term-time on-call support, not just for emergencies, but also for general advice.

• Data analysis across the term to spot trends, potential areas of risk, and specific behaviours that might be affecting the setting. We would complete a report to accompany this, highlighting possible actions to make positive changes.

• A ‘twilight’ training session, including an element of one of our training courses. This element can be chosen by the school and linked to the findings of the learning walk.

• An incident recording book.

If you have already trained with us, we also offer a Continued Care Package—similar to a Service Level Agreement—which ensures ongoing support for your training needs.
